I might be autistic, but since my step-mom is the worst kind of bipolar wahmen, I at least learned to recognize illogical requests. So, I usually ask her to re-phrase it several times, till she says enough gor me to decipher...

Whenever my girlfriend got suspiciously ( read purposefully ) vague on her request I asked her to be more specific until she phrased the request in a way she could not back down or have plausible deniability.
