i surely wouldn't kill myself with a grenade or any other instruments if i got surrounded by aggressive people wanting some crypto keys or something

Actually, granade sounds to me like the best way to go.
If you're afraid of long death or even short pain for split second before death, granade under head minimalizes chance of both to zero.
And I would even guess that it is easier then pulling the trigger or any other way I can think of.
