I mean, the article you linked to basically concedes point after point: Yes, racism is normal, yes, racism is a winning evolutionary strategy, yes, anti-racism is a radical and fragile social experiment that doesn't really seem sustainable - but White people should still sacrifice their interests and future on the altar of Anti-Racism and Lolbert Individualism, because the author personally values those things.
It's such a bad argument that it's either the product of somebody completely isolated in his own bubble, or the product of somebody purposely making "his side" look bad.

It is simple. Even as a child I knew that racism is natural and benefitial to in group. That being said, I truly believed that it's better to build a multiracial sociaty based on ignoring these characteristics. But do these apes realy expect me to ignore these traits when I can loose a job based on them? With Burn Loot Murder running in America's streets?

It might be just because I was a child, but damn... They used to hide it better.
Or, it was just a pre-internet era, when news decided what people could thikn. 
@LukeAlmighty @underwater No, I think you're right, victory and censorship has made them stupid and complacent, I mean, just look at their media propaganda - more subtle worldview-shaping stories depicting unrealistically strong women and (equally unrealistic) people of different races and nationalities coming together to overcome a common foe leading to lasting unity has given way to openly anti-White and misandrist hate propaganda.
In terms of Game Theory, you can argue that the optimal outcome would be every single group letting go of racism and working towards the common good. However, if you can't reliably count on the other groups being anti-racist, your group being racist and only looking after its own interests will always be the rational strategy. And in the case of White people, we now know for sure that the other groups will NEVER prioritize the common good over their selfish self-interests no matter how many good-faith gestures we make or how anti-racist we become.
