That being said, you know the other side is arguing in bad faith, when they use the LGBT acronym.
Noone. I mean LITERALY NOONE has problems with homosexuals living together.
On the other hand, transgenterism being pushed on childern should be treated the same way as pushing kids to put their junk into a meat grinder. These things truly do ruin their lives.
(obvious exceptions of people who truly do end up happy after the surgery are obvious)
@LukeAlmighty @mikulas_peksa I would need to see some statistics to be able to say if it ruins their lives or not..
until they started bringing it to light in Hungary and Poland, I don't think it would be mass, that hundreds of children would undergo the surgery.. I haven't heard that there are dozens of cases where people want to revert it.. of course, there will be exceptions, just like there are exceptions everywhere...
besides the crisis of priorities, it also seems to me like a recurring effort to find scapegoats.. no, LGBT are not responsible for the crisis of family and religion.. if there is anything that really threatens children here, it is the inability of parents to stay together (indeed, it's really not easy to maintain _any_ relationship nowadays.. you have to sacrifice your comfort and a lot of people can't do that anymore..) half of the marriages are divorcing, leaving children in wrong situations, but it's really not the fault of LGBT..
so I think there is the crisis of management, priorities and also blaming problems on the false targets..

I agree 100% percent that destruction of modern family is a HUGE problem. I would even guess it might be in my top 3. (mainly caused by wellfare and birth control from my opinion)
But saying that there are bigger issues does not mean that this isn't one.
@LukeAlmighty @mikulas_peksa the problem is how to keep families together.. it used to be easier, because society put pressure on people not to divorce and it was supported by religion..
nowadays it's really difficult to keep a relationship for more than a few years.. from my own experience, it's a lot about the loss of comfort, you have to take care of someone all the time, you don't have all your time for yourself..
a child in a relationship can still be a little bit of a bond, but society has also a "solution" for these cases, so there is no pressure on the parents to stay together at least formally..
just recently I know of a father who left his wife and child.. he totally left them, she had no job that time! these men are not adults, these are overgrown teenagers..
unfortunately, the only pressure this society puts on people is to make sure they never grow up, never become responsible.. that's why politicians have to hold their hand, make rules, install guardrails everywhere, so someone doesn't fall down even though it's obvious there's a big hole..
I rather stop complaining, because we can't solve it here..

It is truly amazing how every topic you talk about, you look at it from an opposite, yet still valid way.
I am 10 more times more worried for enslaved fathers then single mothers. The moment a mother decides to leave, the father will never again see his kids, and he is still forced to pay for alcohol for his former wife. That is just slavery, no other way to describe such existence.
And obviously, society does make the difference, but why not focus on the incentives the state gives to the mothers to leave the fathers? Why is the state supporting these things?
But ok. if you don't want to debate this further, I said what I needed.

we have a structural crisis, where the society is pretending that everything is still working normally, but it's already working completely upside down, IMHO..

When it comes to left/right devision, I tend to use political triangle. It seems to me to explain politics perfectly.
@LukeAlmighty @mikulas_peksa the change is not a simple process, it is preceded by a lot of psychological examinations and monitoring, and is a matter of several years.. I personally know two men who were formerly women.. they certainly don't regret having the operation.. one had the advantage of having it done when he was a teenager, so he really looks like a man now..
but what I find stupid about this whole thing is that this is all being addressed right now as if it's a terrible problem that affects millions of people.. yet it affects a percentage, not even..
it's a form of distraction where they throw the topic out there for people to debate while they themselves usurp power.. as if there were not thousands of more pressing problems in this society!
but it seems to me that it is a symptom of the times, or rather of the West, that instead of solving real problems, like where to get electricity, what to do about the economic crisis, they deal with completely irrelevant and superficial issues..
I think it's a fault of management.. Parret's rule, distinguishing the essential from the inessential..
