But I would love to see that. Although, I can clearly immagine people comming in after 10 operations, drugged up to death, 1/2 of them dying mid race only so the other half can save up the 1s on their opponents.

Why isn't this a thing? It would be amazing show of trans humanism. (And current Olympics with artificial "women" aren't even that far from this...)
