In this video, they are debating about a car moving at the speed of the vind, but the car is not powered by a wind, but by a HUGE propeller, that is spinning at an angle, meaning, that if there is a proper angle, it can generate force and push the car forward even when the air around it is not moving.
If their master theory was true, then a helicopter would never be able to lift off land, until you blow air from bellow.
