While I normally despise the dark and colorless look of the old animes, as well as the lacking audio library, I have to say, that while watching Berserk, these limitations of the time do fit the grimdark world perfectly.

The problem with 3D is that it's so new, noone knows how to use it. Even talent filled studios have no idea when to use it. While beastars is bad, but not horrible, houseki no kuni went for an artistic vision that seems great.
But when it comes to 3D, I think the best example is Attack on Titan. While the shitshow they made in 3rd season, I saw almost no problem, when the models qere made correctly, and re-drawn the way they did it in the 4th.
@LukeAlmighty @misa Yeah, a lot of the 3D in the 4th season was pretty seamlessly integrated, not like that fugly Colossal Titan in Season 3.
Also NGNL looked good yea, found the story a little boring tho
