Like a kid who can’t get things done with words by talking so it uses it’s hands, no matter what side one is on. ‘War’ is hoomanity’s childish way of getting something one cannot get any other way.. If this is stopped all together the cycle would finally end.. And ofc you need ‘responses’ but that’s only because one couldn’t resist itself, action reaction forever
