Not even sure I want to watch a videa about letting go, since the last time I let go of something, it led to 3 years of depression and a total lack of purpose.
Not sure I want to let go of rest of my life aswell.
@LukeAlmighty I can't think of a scenario where letting go would lead to depression or lack of purpose. If anything, letting go frees you to find your own purpose, and would lead to the opposite of depression.
