I am asking, since 98% of all fitness videos are total bullshit. It's worse then esotery videos, and esotery is purely about feefees.

I know noone in my generation who was not totally fucked by the adults around them. I am still pretty well off, but saying all of that.

Let's say you're truly smart, and you realize at the age of 15 the true scale of just how mad was every single peace of advice you ever got.

How long do you think it takes to re-check and re-write rules you live by, that you slowly gathered throughout 15 entire years of your life? Especially considering, that the usual way of "just ask someone who knows" does not work until you even find people you can trust.
