I just saw Falling down
A great movie, but there is one thing that truly makes is hard to stomack.
It shows 10 different ways our society is broken down, but the main reason, the number one reason the guy was so desperate was his wife not letting him ever see his daughter,
And as you could expect, the movie ignores the fact completelly. There are some lines noone in this fucking society is ready to cross. And that is why it is so bad now...

Funny thing about the scene? He mentiones that if he dies, his daughter gets the insurance.
He did it all for his little girl, and when he realized, that he will never again see or help his daughter, he decides to help her in the last possible way he can.
His wife killed him, and until the end, he did EVERYTHING to help his daughter. Now that is something I am sure someone had to sneak into the movie reeeeealy carefully. But it is there.
