@cypnk if there's one thing that people hate, it's non-monopolies

@lain @cypnk
Nice joke, but the problem is, that they are more like micro-monopolies.

Instead of there being 10 shops for milk, immagine, if there was 1 shop for milk, 1 for bread, one for meat....

And every shop required a membership fee. Now, tell me you wouldn't call that total bullshit. :alexjonessmile:

@LukeAlmighty @cypnk intellectual property is a spook, I don't care for that. But even normal shops have exclusivity for some of the goods they offer. Amazon prime and netflix are 90% the same stuff.

Normal shops have exclusivity...

Yes... Do you pay membership fees to enter that shop and buy 1 peace of their 1 exclusive ware? No?

Then how can you compare these situation at all? And no, their catalogs are not 90 percent the same. It used to be like that, but with each fragment the companies pull their licenses from all ov the compeating sites.

Aditionally, it does not even matter what the 90 percent is, since no site has more then 1 show I care about at a time anyway nowdays.

@LukeAlmighty @cypnk yes, there are indeed shops with memberships. Either way, if you only care about one show, just buy that one show, problem solved

@lain @cypnk
Problem solved? No you idiot, problem found.

I am complaining the entire time that you CANNOT buy only that one show. You have to buy a license for everything to get access to that one show.

Damn, are you actually retarded?
