This reminds me of a story.
My step-mom wanted to show me some pictures in Zoner. I turned the first one in Irfan view.

Her: How do I show next picture
Me: Press the right arrow.
Her: But how do I
Me: Press the right arrow!
Her: I don't know how to
Me: PRESS... THE.. RIGHT... ARROW...
Her: I DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU
Me: Look carefully... *I extremely slowly pressed the right arrow
Her: BUT how do I
Me: Ok, give me your hand

She started crying... I am at this point completelly sure she is retarded, but nothing I can do. It's not like diagnosing it would help anyway.
