I feel so bad for the call center people.
I can tell them clearly, that I do not wish any stupid up-selling, but they still have to do it.
Their pay depends on playing stupid.
I need fast internet and that's it.
Do you want TV? (That's what the internet is for)
Do you want a ridiculously expensive phone plan? (That's what the internet is for)
Do you want a mobile data? (seriously? During lockdowns? I cannot even go to a pub. Why would I need to spend double for that?)
