I have recently noticed, that some boomers are the best professionals I have ever seen. What the fuck is wrong with my generation? Why is it so complicated to come in time, say important info in short 1 minute and have a nice smile?
Yes, you've nailed it. In general (my corporate career spanned the rise and primacy of boomers) they are back stabbing, risk averse, hypocritical parasites. It's no coincidence that places like Google push way beyond the boundaries of law to minimize their presence.
OTOH, they're really good at appearances. Thus they dress nicely, attend their meetings, and ALWAYS make sure they maintain deniability.
Yeah... Qnd boomers were also the worst middle management people I have seen... Just to be fair.
