This is not a fault of computers, but phones.

People get their first smartphone, and what do they have?

One place for ALL of the icons with aps.
One place with ALL of their photos.
One place with ALL of the videos.

And you have to go out of your way like crazy in order to use the folder system properly. Most apps don't even ask you whe you want to save files. Apps are just downloaded, and you don't have to know where. And if you go to the file systen by accident, it is such a mess, that it's better to just find an app, that will find the file for you.
