Excuse the Chewbacca arms The Garmin Instinct Solar is my perfect watch. It's a tool watch, a sports watch, a GPS watch, an ABC watch, an activity tracker, a strength training tracker, it's solar-charged, super light, relatively cheap, and it looks cool. Plus, I hate touchscreens. Checks all the boxes. My only regret is I'd have preferred green or black but gray was a hundred dollars less, so I'll always go function over form when it comes to color.

Why do I doubt the solar charged claim?
I thought these tbings are better served either through body heat or arm movement.
@LukeAlmighty when I turn my watch down to battery saver, which still tracks activities and heart rate the way I have it set up, it turns Bluetooth off, is all, and O2, and I get ~35 days on a charge. There are two solar panels, one behind the face (10%), the dark part, and another in that entire lighter area around the face (100% photovoltaic) so with the bells and whistles turned down, you can get an easy month of just activity tracking and clock face and sleep tracking.
