I have no idea where to even begin.

I do understand programming, own an arduino, and know "some" formulas, but when it comes to powering 10 different motors and a computer from 1 battery, or any other task a robot might require, I have no idea how to design a circuit that won't explode.

Yeah motors make everything harder. I don't have good advice for that (I'm not great at electronics) but I've had the best experience with:
a) hobby servos
b) small stepper motors and pre-built driver modules for them
I think my issues with larger motors in the past was because I wasn't using a flyback diode to smooth out the inductive spiking but I'm not sure.

Nice, but you misunderstood the entire concept of what I was saying.

I have a few parts that eat electricity.

Every part wants different ammount of electricity.

I could connect a seperate battery to each of them, but that ain't great solution.

I am way before I can even think about EM noise, spikes or anything like that. I have no idea where to begin with designing the circuit.

The PDF is great, but I already did a few circuit boards. I do understand soldering etc. The part I was talking about was placed in a single sentence.

A lot of your circuit you can get from reading the datasheets for your components. If you're using an SoC, that datasheet will probably have a circuit diagram you can start with, it depends what you are building.
