@LukeAlmighty You're 2cm taller than me, and almost twice my weight.
Time for a diet.
For both of us, since I'm underweight :/

@diresock
Nah... My abs might not be visible, but I am not obese. I just lift 15kg per hand.

@LukeAlmighty Well, if you look like Arnold Schwarzenegger, then a high BMI isn't really a problem.
BMI is just one measurement of many, and doesn't mean much on its own.

I'm still underweight though :(
Trying to exercise recently, though I lift only 4kg.

@diresock
I know how bad measure the BMI is :D That is why I joked about it. (although, I know I have a bad sense of humor)

Just 2 peaces of advice.
1) No matter how much you lift, you won't get mass without eating more.
2) ONCE YOU GET THE WEIGHT, IT'S NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO LOSE IT!!!

I got fat at UNI, and tried many diets, but even after I lost 10kg, 1 week after I stop paying attention, I'm back to 90kg immediately. But transforming from fat to muscule seems to be 25 times easier then loosing the weight by starving.

@LukeAlmighty I'm not planning on gaining much, just enough to stop shivering when it's 20°C outside.
You people make it seem so easy.

@diresock
Easy for me only because I am working from home, so I can lift 4 times a day.
