That is qctually quite possible, considering just how "low priority" his targets were.
Look at the story from a different prospective. Look at the new forensic law that came from that story. How many firsts happened in that case? How the manuscript got published for the first time in history. That whole story smells like rotten fish to me. Look how many memes are coming out now with him. He's being used to start a manufactured rebellion.

I realy don't care about what branch of US miltary does what gay shit.
CIA, Police, Media, FBI, Army, Navy, It's all the same in the end, and it's all controled by the same people.
There are many ways of achieving a goal without the murdering of innocent people but I do see your point. The people in power would use any act of violence as an excuse to further security measures so why not use dumb ass people with low IQ to commit stupid shit to have the examples needed.
