Isekai Concept: While typical isekais usually involve a nobody average Japanese student going to a fantasy world and becoming a hero, the "status reversal isekai" would involve important, high-status people in the real world dying and being reborn in a fantasy world is the lowliest possible position.

Example: "I Used To Be The Prime Minister of Japan, But Now I Just Shovel Monster Shit And Nobody Takes Me Seriously"

In which the PM of Japan dies in a car accident, and is reborn in another world as Bumblefuck McShitshoveller, whose only responsibility is to clean the stables for heroes that won't even acknowledge him.

The twist comes at the end of episode one, when Bumblefuck kills himself in despair over his new life, only for episode two to see him reborn in another, different fantasy world, in another shitty position.

The pattern repeats for each episode, and his arc for the series is finally overcoming the despair his sense of entitlement gives causes, and trying to use his own wits and cunning in various incarnations to rise from lowly origins to a position of actual importance.
