They're not looking at whats really causing the issues they're complaining about. They pick a target and go after it with all their might.
Take books. The communist manifesto is a trash novel and I would recommend throwing it IN the trash, but that doesn't mean I want to burn all books, it just means that communism is a shitty idea and I know it.
I stick to hentai because there's zero chance of human trafficking. A poor JP bastard might get overworked due to deadlines or editing, but that's nothing compared to people getting kidnapped and raped.
You shouldn't consume porn because the industry around it is evil, and even supporting a willing creator feeds into the machine. At most you want to stick to amateur stuff, but you cant even be sure of when something is even amateur anymore.

When there is a "story" it's badly acted and boring barring the few parodies that are worth watching (The mario one, "It seems you don't have a lifeguard at your beach", etc.)
Compare that to... Fate Stay Night. Lesbian scene with a female version of King Arthur > biggest anime franchise ever.
