But I do not believe in the concept of sexual conscent. Because it is based around an idea that 15 year old girl does not know what will happen if she strips naked and spreads her legs in front of a guy.
I also do not believe, that 25 year old woman does not know what will happen when she gets drunk and starts flirting with a random guy at a bar.
And it seems, that although, I am not based enough to accept these concepts, most people believe women are realy that stupid.
The argument for consent-based rape laws is more a moral argument than anything else. The idea, in brief, is that men ought to show restraint in these circumstances that you just listed (a 15yo coming onto them or a woman at a bar getting blasted and flirting with them) or else they’re Very Bad and merit incarceration.
I agree with this. Grown men shouldn’t be going after 15yo girls and shouldn’t be fucking drunk women at bars. Banning that is perfectly fine by me.

My problem is, that these rules made to prevent the worst case seem to make the best case impossible.
As I said before, I believe, that the child marriage has to be returned. Not to whore out kids, but to allow at least some formation of families, that is compatible with the evolutionary time-schedzule.
Instead, we have these overtly irrational and ever expanding rape laws that are all based on the principle, that unless the circumstances are perfect... as long as you can point even a single flaw... it was obviously a rape.
During our more successful periods we had less sexual permission, not more. Sex outside of wedlock was taken very seriously. We’re now debating if it’s acceptable for men to liquor women up and fuck them. Instead of encouraging these degenerate sexual practices where 30yo men are trying to fuck 15yo girls, why not encourage more wholesome ones like marriage before sex?

But that's the problem. Immagine you are horny 15yo girl. what options do you have?
Staying virgin? Nearly impossible, plus you are "missing out" on life.
Marrying an older guy? That is illegal.
Sleeping with young chad? Seems like the only option here.
Again, as I said. I am asking this question BECAUSE marriage is illegal for young woman exactly based on this line of thought. That sleeping around is healthy, but marrying a 30yo is predatory.
