My problem isn't with the factual part of his claim. It is about his stated implication that president of invaded land wants bloodshed.
Yes, there is ALSO the option of giving up immediately.... That is an option. But in case the prolonged war was chosen, I would preffer to be armed.
On the contrary, he called the invasion itself "gentle taking" just because Russia (in his opinion) didn't go balls to the walls crazy... Yes, but they invaded.
Do you agree, that he had chosen 2 different and completely crazy standards for each side?

He can argue about morality of hundreds of actions, but the moment he says, that arming people is immoral is a spin-mastery of it's own league.
