Thinking about it, it seems I've done a pretty good job avoiding Mary Sue-infested fiction, because Rey is the main one who springs to mind, and everyone is already mentioning her.
Oh, but here's one: Supposedly non-superpowered 90 pound girl being able to effortlessly beat up muscle men twice her size (not just scrubs, but like trained guards, soldiers and fighters). Black Widow from the MCU is the obvious example.

Single handedly fights back against a Titan and destroys his armies - ships with ease. Invalidating the struggle of our male heroes (which was the point, man I hate subversive Hollywood...).
