Well, it does fit the properties they are trying to describe, so I see no issue really.

It just doesn't do a good job of making their case for why it's bad, that's why it's lazy writing

Because it leads to really bad result, is spread across the entire topic and no longer possible to remove with a single cut.

I mean sure. I guess. But people use this language to make the case that these things are bad, without putting in the work to defend their position.

Maybe, but that isn't the point of a descriptive name.

Name should just point to a topic. This isn't chemistry.
