The second is just false
When I play GTA 5 Full res at stable 30, the fan is completelly idle. It is loud only, when you really want to show off, and go for stable 60 (and deck can handle that too, that is crazy)

Of course some games not wokring can be a dealbreaker.
I wonder, if they mentioned this in other reviewes.
Switch does not support WOW,
Xbox does not support the Last of us.
Playstation does not support Starcraft.
