On utilitarian ground: having a get out of jail card out of parental responsabilities is prety bad on society, promoting promiscuity and making so people give up their reproductive years to chase the rat race and end alone in their late years.
On jusnaturalist ground: a fertilized embryo is genetically distint from both his mom and father and it has the inherent potentiality to become a fully developed human being, thus its ontologically human and inherits the fundamental human rights to not be murdered and to self determination, even being in a situation of dependency that it dint put itself in. So even in cases of rape (which are the minortiy) the life of the baby is sacred and should not to be punished for crimes and decisions of other people. And even in cases of confirmed disabilities we cant objectivelly measure "suffering" nor we have the right to take its self-determination, otherwise we would be just eugenists and justified to genocide poor and disabled people.

Just allow an exception for rape and diseases FFS.
Even from the utilityteraian perspective, we cannot allow rape to be rewarded with evolutionary success.
And as for disabilities... fuck off.
My cousin had "lived" for 18 years. He never spoke a single word. He never ate a single meal and he had never taken a single step. And after 18 years, his legacy is that his death brought enough grief on his mother to kill her.
I never spoke with him, but I am sure he would be happier if his mother had another kid and both of them were still alive.
@LukeAlmighty Ethics arent easy. Im not flinching tho, I cant agree with a precedent of deciding which lifes can continue or not, nor I think a life is worse less than "letting a rapist a evolutionarie win", even I did believe in evolution I wouldnt be buying that one.
