Not sure why would you think, that paying one service so you can pirate content from another payed service is legitimate, but ok...

@LukeAlmighty @lunatigs It's legitimate in the security-sense that VPN security is actually useful for that. It is not legitimate from a legal perspective.

And I could go into a tangent saying I don't think many of the restrictions these streaming services enforce are legitimate... But I'd rather stay on-topic!
