@dave how is this an issue? it helps infertile women. here it's even a straight couple?
In this particular image it looks OK, but surrogacy has a lot of seediness to it because often it really is just working class women renting out their wombs to pay the bills, not some act of kindness a woman does to help her infertile best friend.
