You must not talk about it as a lifestyle, because that leads to this absolutely depressive language.
Yes, I am starving myself right now, but I am not planning on starving myself forever. It is a one off process, that might eventually need repeating, but knowing, that in 6 months I will be done no matter what helps me keep my sanity.

If this image doesn't bring you dread, you're decensitived. But this is not "what you replace it with". This is what you'll be suffering through.
@LukeAlmighty @Woodbutcher First, healthy food in healthy portions doesn't need to be tasteless.
But a deeper reality is that you're looking at this as an endless negative. In booze, it's called "white knuckle sobriety".
It's not ultimately what you take away, it's what you bring in to replace it.
