The worst thing about being on diet is the planning.
When you have a single food per day, and try to keep it under 1000 calories, you will be planning the next food immediately after you finish the current one. (sometimes even days in advance)

Whenever someone mentiones "fit lifstyle", a fattie will give up completly.
Ive been doing Keto and Init Fasting
Im losing 2.5KG every 4 weeks and kepting it off
Im still changing my food lifestyle, still adapting, still trying stuff out
Ive gone from 135 to 105kg
Still got to reach 75 to be BMI 'heathly'

* Init Fasting 16:8
* Distilled Water
* Keto and Carnivore
* Eat only 2 meals a day
* Dont eat before 12 noon
* Dont eat after 9pm
* Avoid Processed Food
* Avoid Sugar
* Avoid Starch + Carbs
