This is the same way I feel about taking any advice from jobless, zero-experience IRL streamers, content creators, etc who just turn on a webcam at 17 and begin talking about what they know. @WashedOutGundamPilot Actually, that is kinda one of the most humbling parts of my job.
While all of my superiors do have the open format, where my word is "equal", most of the time, I have really nothing worth saying. The 20+ years of experience difference is just not something you can skip.
@LukeAlmighty You may feel that way but if you pay attention to your surroundings throughout life you see the same patterns, the same motifs, same habits, same basic interactions… you get to know the rhythms of life, it helps you to expect the way other people react.
Kids don’t understand why the stated truth never matches up to the outcome, but working for years teaches you that the fiery “yeah man, I’ll get right on that!” dudes often forget to deliver on their promise altogether
