Effortpost time, I had some stuff on my mind all night that I need to articulate even if it’s an incomplete thought. Walltext warning.
Hitler more or less started with a handful of dudes in the DAP meeting in a shitty beat up bar, and their short term crowning achievement was a meeting with “only” 2,000-ish people. It took him a good 10 years in extremely favorable revolutionary conditions in order to finally wrest control of the state, even when the state itself was in chaos the entire time. Hitler didn’t just magically win overnight, he had to work for it, from extremely humble beginnings. It’s important to understand this unimpressive origin.
Modern online right wingers simply don’t understand this, deliberately refuse to accept political reality despite all praise of their personal interpretation of Hitler, or straight up don’t actually care and just want to be edgy online. Consumption of internet novelty politics as entertainment.
These are things we all already know for the most part, but I believe there’s another layer to this, especially among the more explicitly antisemitic yet moobment-adverse online dwellers.
Adolf Hitler and National Socialism are held to a divine Christlike standard (in an American Protestant sense), not a mortal standard. Attempting to replicate that path to power and follow his footsteps is like saying you’ll bring about the second coming. Might as well be blasphemous.
>“How dare you, you aren’t Hitler. You aren’t good enough to be my Hitler.”
The true reemergence of fascism as the dominant political force is viewed much the same way an evangelical would view the end times and the rapture, without the Zionism and any attempt to complete the temple. One unnameable day that no man can know, the racist rapture will magically happen, and the thousand year burgerreich will be upon us if we are faithful.
Let’s put this framing into practice a little.
The two options you are given as a cope by right wingers when you confront them on issues of real political white activism are as follows:
>Stagnate in small groups of 2-3 men, completely decentralized and unable to weaponize social proof or populist sentiment
or
>Don’t even bother trying if you don’t have [unrealistic starting number] dedicated men and [arbitrarily high amount of money] to fund your startup like it’s some sort of small business endeavors.
They’re really combative about this. Anything else simply cannot exist without being illegitimate, or to fit my hypothesis, being the Anti-Christ. There is one sacred white revolution, and one sacred Hitler. You cannot work the miracle he did.
I don’t really know where else to go with this train of thought, but it seems sound to me. Alternatively they could just be lying and there’s no psychological aspect to it at all. I could just be theoryceling.
