Obviously the doctors would have had her sign a dozen vague informed consent forms about possible complications, which most people don't read, and which are often downplayed verbally. And we know a lot of these doctors are so determined to transition any child that comes into their office, a lot of them probably do seriously downplay the risks and verbally tell patients that the list of complications is more theoretical than real.
But even with that semi-informed consent, she's a child, and a child's consent might not hold up in court.

Courts are an asshole lottery. You can never know what kind of asshole will judge your actions. That makes it so irrational and random. (even before political pressures)
One of the real blackpills was, when I learned, that prenups can be thrown away by the judge, because woman was "under pressure", but the fact, that the marriage would not happen without it, so the guy was misinformed is irrelevant. somehow....
