I have just took a look at the planes you have shown, and neither of them seem to have either such a complete cover under the intake and neither do they seem designed for high G maneuvers.

And while yes, there is an airplane I can think of, that uses this design (B-2), I highly doubt a stealth bomber would need to try extreme turns either.
