No group can do this.
Instead, you would have to.
1) Force 5 people to do it innitially.
2) Make sure all 5 of them contact a local news source
3) (absolutelly critical) MAKE ABSOLUTELLY SURE the jurnalist does take the correct message from the initial 5 people
4) Once you get the jurnalist to believe it, and IF he reports it correctly, other jurnalists will copy-paste his article for quick buck
5) Then the true vawe starts

Please, don't do this, because:
1) It will cause starvation
2) All of fake capital will disappear from stock market, as well as ad-based company income
3) All diversity hires will get fired
4) Social programs will no longer be enough to feed the lazy
5) It might trigger a world war
6) It would be illegal for me to recommend you to do it.
