It's one thing most of them have in common.
No matter how clearly you define the question.
Although, they refuse to lie, they always find a way to anwser another question instead.
Ain't that a common feature of Demons in some mythologies? Although, they are destructive and evil, they do not lie?
The problem is that calling one a liar brings attention to the actual facts, whereas calling someone a horrible human being doesn't invite such scrutiny.
