@diresock blacks have a lower graduation rate than Whites, but not by that much. I know that the institutions push them through as much as they can.
Blacks with degrees are less intelligent than Whites with degrees, e.g. a black with a graduate degree has slightly lower IQ than a White with a bachelor's degree
