I'm easily hated

I'm easily hated so I thought I would sign up for this service. I was on poa.st and I was kicked out by white power extremists that were scared that I put "Writer" in my profile. They're scared of journalists and all those that call themselves journalists. You can't hurt me with words. Sticks and fucking stones. And I don't care for pussies.
@peterweyand have you tried being likable instead and not relying on buzzwords and tribalism? posting things that are interesting or memegasmical is much more effective here. your industry was propped up so long you forgot that it takes effort to be creative.
@jeff Kicked off a server, because people are *quite literally scared of journalists*. Maybe people should learn to chill out. As for creative, I'm doing a little coding and writing. I like talking about science fiction books. I like talking about stuff in general. Or we could fight, I like fighting about nonsense.
@peterweyand you are banal and unoriginal. people hate you because you assert that you arent and act like a child when people point it out.
Dumb fuck kept the same name?

They're not even fucking trying any more.
@Sir_Ivissia @LexiconDevil @jeff I'm not ashamed of my name. I was on one server where some idiots kicked me off, so I signed up with the next server. I did nothing to feel embarrassed about. And because all the servers talk to each other I can keep doing this until I find one that doesn't kick me off. Neo-Nazis that are "triggered". People scared of deplatforming shutting down a server sign up. Admins hosting decentralized servers not knowing how ActivityPub works. The entire thing is a shit show and I'm loving every minute of it.
I know. I was watching the show. You're mildly amusing, I guess.

To answer your original question on poa.st: Nah. I don't like journos either.
I like reading the news, and really wish they'd get back to actually publishing it. You know ... "X happened here at this time, this was the response, here's a picture." Not opinion, gossip, rumour, "un-named sources familiar with the department," press releases, regurgitated slop from other journos, and outright fucking bullshit masquerading as facts.
But that's just me.
You will never be a real journalist. You have no credibility, you have no authority, you will never "speak truth to power". You are an idealistic idiot twisted by old stories and propaganda into a crude mockery of a true journalist.

All the "validation" you get is two-faced and half-hearted. Behind your back people mock you. Your parents are disgusted and ashamed of you, your "friends" laugh at your corporate-sponsored propaganda and buzzfeed-tier filler articles behind closed doors.

Normal people are utterly repulsed by you. Thousands of years philosophy and dialectic have allowed readers to sniff out frauds with incredible efficiency. Even journalists who are "credible" look ridiculous and dishonest. Your writing style is a dead giveaway. Even if you manage to get a reader past the headline, he'll turn tail and run the second he gets a whiff of the biased, unethical drivel you call a "story."

You will never be happy. You wrench out a fake smile every morning tell yourself it's going to be ok, but deep inside you feel the depression creeping up like a weed, ready to crush you under the unbearable weight.

Eventually it’ll be too much to bear - you’ll buy a rope, tie a noose, put it around your neck, and plunge into the cold abyss. Your parents will find you, heartbroken but relieved that they no longer have to live with the unbearable shame and disappointment. They’ll bury you with a headstone marked with your birth name, and every passerby for the rest of eternity will know a propagandist and a fraud is buried there. Your body will decay and go back to the dust, and all that will remain of your legacy is a skeleton that is unmistakably not a journalist.

This is your fate. This is what you chose. You still have to pay off the debt for your fake "journalism" degree. There is no turning back.
