Which is why I asked. I don't know a ton about PC parts and how good they are, but based on what I was looking at before this seemed too good to be true

The reason why I would never recommend console is, that
1) It cannot be used for ANYTHING other then official games. until you start hacking it.
2) Games are MUCH more expensive
3) The games won't be usable in a few years
4) No modding, No option to change graphical options for some reason.
5) No custom software, you cannot even watch youtube while playing
Playing on console is so restrictive.
But I don't need a computer for work or anything. And the only game I've really enjoyed the mods for was Skyrim
