At 20 mph, 3 out of every 4 drivers (75%) yield to a pedestrian in the basic crosswalk.
At just 30 mph, that rate drops to 1 in 8 drivers (12%).
Above 35 mph drivers don't care: basic or high visibility crosswalk: they don't stop.
