@LukeAlmighty isnt that a thing body builders do? If you dont move much or do much exercise all you can really do is just cut down on calories. And only eating veggies with no potatoes is the fastest, most healthy way.
@LukeAlmighty well I know a guy who was fat first and then became a muscle man so you could ask him. He is proof it works: @Kagekokoro But his workout is probably very very frequent and he just never stopped doing it
