You want my advise, disconnect from the web for awhile. Get a psychical labor job (construction, blue collar stuff) and sweat a little and breath fresh air. Read books, exercise and get some religion, find purpose. May not sound like the most comfortable solution but it works.

Also a possibility.
I know this is a lame thing to say, but working in a bookshop for 2 years did wonders for my social anxiety.
