let me tell you a story about my grandma. She was a kind lad loved the piano said I had a good ear for music. a decade or so ago she had a very serious stoke and it was determined pretty quickly that she was going to have to be placed in a senior care facility.

My mother never stopped calling doctors and blaming the care facility for her condition not improving.

My grandma died in that facility. The doctors did everything they could, she had excellent care and everyone knew it.

But there are those who cannot be helped. for whom we lack the technology to help in the way we need to.

it took me a really long time to accept I couldn't help myself it took almost as long to admit there was nothing anyone else could do either.

You could re-litigate this over and over but I'm not 'gonna get better'

I have done everything I can. Everyone else has done everything they can. These results are conclusive and unless some miracle cure crawls up out of the woodwork nothing about these conclusions is going to change much at all.

If you have a cure for autism I would absolutely take that.

What problems does autism cause in your life, that taking drugs that hard is a risk worth taking?
