I had a debate here, and even on fedi, people were saying, that it's better to buy a console then a cheap PC.
Once you decided, that the forspoken game looks too good, and cannot be played without a 4090, there is no ammount of reason to talk consumers out of that.
i see nu PC gamers are still coping in 2023 even after getting raped by nvidia and everyone under the sun
Not to mention that you can emulate console games.
Been enjoying Bayonetta 3.

You need a PC for thousands of dollars to play games
But you can play non-AAA games too. Or just not have details maxed out
That doesn't count
Anything else just use your beep boop computer it'll run map games and bannerlord you're set.

The difference is, that on PC, you get an ego hit from seing medium next to AA.
On console, you don't know the AA was off all along.

For 10,000 years this was the only black person I saw in video games. I don't want to add more to that tally with modern AAA games
