It is a Czech social media platform created especially for kids. They can look for friends, ask for help with homework, and the entire site is moderated so nothing hurtful for childern should happen there.
It was made to help kids, educate them about internet safety, let them share their problems etc.
And these boomers say, that it's too dangerous for kids to use.
