Also, some of them manage to get a "2 year husband", and child support from him and the entire taxbase for the rest of their life, and that's part, that pisses me off even more then complaining.
Corporate culture is basically like state bureaucracy, you put your blinders on, escape in an imaginary world of your own, use your power to force your retarded schemes on others and feel superior. Then wonder why things don't work as you expect. I guess psychopathic describes it pretty well.
