My mom got some barely noticable cut... 750kč.
I came in with a photo of a crazy haircut, including asking for maintainance instructions.
150kč, and she gave me sample of hair gel for free 
@sjw @LukeAlmighty guys just want their hair cut and their done. women want their hair cut, washed, dyies and highlights, and then a perm. and they have more hair to boot

Cut, shaven strips, and a fucking instructions on how to use a hair gel isn't exactly a single service though.
Also, according to a photo, so no freedom, and hard standarts.
I never pay more than $20 USD. I can usually get it washed afterwards for free too.
