I have to say this.
I love people actually recommending calorie counting. It is known, that people who do that can mis-count by hundreds of percent.

Oh, wow. if you find out how many calories you need, subtract 100, and then by accident eat 3 times as much, I wonder what went wrong :astolfoqt:

Normies cannot do a scientific experiment at the best of conditions. This requires a scientific mindset 24/7. And even worse, people cannot possibly understand all the chemical processes or traps present in calorie intake.

@LukeAlmighty @LukeAlmighty at minimum people should be encouraged to try calorie counting for a little while so they can actually understand how many calories theyre eating. a lot of people completely over look basics. they think stupid things like soda has no calories. or they heard coffee has no calories and think that transfers to their double mocha frappuccino
