I have to say this.
I love people actually recommending calorie counting. It is known, that people who do that can mis-count by hundreds of percent.
Oh, wow. if you find out how many calories you need, subtract 100, and then by accident eat 3 times as much, I wonder what went wrong
Normies cannot do a scientific experiment at the best of conditions. This requires a scientific mindset 24/7. And even worse, people cannot possibly understand all the chemical processes or traps present in calorie intake.
